Gagnon Eisele is a business litigation law firm serving the greater Orlando area, and all of Florida. Mike Gagnon and Justin Eisele started their own firm shortly after graduating from Law school. They a full-service law firm that specializes in Foreclosure defense, criminal defense, and gun trusts.

Since they were just starting out, we helped them create their brand. We designed a logo, business cards, custom golf balls and box, as well as a professional looking website. All of these elements help build trust with their clients and potential clients that they are serious, professional, competent, and able to serve all their legal needs.

Gagnon Eisele wanted an Internet presence that would be able to encompass all of the areas of law that they practice. This means that the website needed to be able to expand to incorporate hundreds of pages that the site will one day have. Through phillipgagnon.com, we also been working with a specialist in website content creation to help augment Mike and Justin’s efforts to create all of these pages that target all their areas of legal practice.

Mike and Justin were also having an issue with some of their files. Because of their busy schedules, being in and out of the office, and working on cases together, they needed a way to keep track of their files in one place that could be accessed from anywhere. In the secure, backend of the site, we created an area where they can maintain files based on their clients, so they always know that they have the most updated version of any file.

They were also having a hard time keeping track of time spent on each client for billing purposes. So we created a simple way for them to track their time spent, that didn’t take a lot of time to do, so they could spend more time working for their clients, and less time working on their business. They are able to run reports on their list of clients to see what has been billed and which bills were still outstanding.
